| dc.description.abstract | 本發明提供一種以史密特觸發器為基礎的鰭狀場效電晶體靜態隨機存取記憶體，且為八顆鰭狀電晶體架構，將鰭狀電晶體可作為兩個獨立閘極控制之功能，不僅可有效減少先前技術使用十顆之電晶體所產生的晶片面積無法精簡問題，又可提高靜態隨機存取記憶體晶片的密度。再者，能有效解決先前技術使用六顆電晶體的SRAM架構，操作於極低電壓下，容易發生讀取錯誤的問題。 | zh_TW |
