dc.description.abstract本發明提供一種流體式光波導元件及其形成方法,其是在包層流體中,藉由施加電場方式,驅動纖核流體於電極上。由於纖核流體是被電場所定義,所以各種二維形狀之纖核液體皆可藉由施加電壓所在的電極圖形上形成。本發明之流體式光波導元件擁有流體界面較平滑的優點,而且穩定的纖核與包層流體會消除流體流動時所產生的散射損失。zh_TW
