dc.description.abstract | 随着多媒体资讯与网际网路时代的来临,各种新型消费电子产品的创新、研发与需求量不断成长,尤其是以2007年美商苹果公司推出第一代智慧手机 iPhone后,造就显示器玻璃基板的相关产业大量竞争与发展。许多厂商竞相进入显示器玻璃基板研发相关领域,除了美国厂商还有大陆、日本、韩国企业者也在Apple产品热卖光环下竞食玻璃基板这块商机。 本研究以显示器玻璃基板市占率第一的美商C公司与蓝宝石基板作为研究对象,探讨目前显示器玻璃基板产业决定竞争状态的重要因素,自从由苹果公司投资的蓝宝石萤幕供应商GT Advanced Technologies Inc.宣布破产后,本研究更探讨显示器玻璃基板的竞争优势与未来会面临的挑战与潜在的商机。再透过SWOT分析、Porter产业价值链模型、五力分析,来了解C公司的经营绩效之影响。并经由个案访谈方式,了解目前市场结构以市场占有率及技术研发密集度作为变数,并实证结果预期得到市场占有率与研发创新对经营绩效与市场结构及消费者行为之间的相互关系,可提供显示器玻璃产业厂商对未来经营策略的探讨。 | zh_TW |
