摘要: | 本研究以物联网智慧家庭服务作为研究对象,探讨目前物联网智慧家庭相关应用现况,并采用严谨的理论基础发展出一套物联网智慧家庭服务评选指标。本研究以DeLone & Mclean(2003)修正式资讯系统成功模式为基础,再藉由物联网智慧家庭相关文献回顾,根据其特性及结构进行分析及处理,同时透过感知价值及整合科技接受使用理论修正得到的物联网智慧家庭服务品质初步指标。接下来再透过使用者需求考量的品质机能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)及加入修正式德菲法(Modified Delphi Method)的发放问卷步骤,经由专家群体修正精简后得到物联网智慧家庭服务评选指标共四大维度:资讯品质、系统品质、服务品质、感观价值及34项评选指标。 本研究结果可供使用者(ex. 建商、室内设计业者、一般消费者)选择物联网智慧家庭应用的参考准则,亦可做为物联网业者建构智慧家庭服务之策略拟定改善。 This study adopted IoT Smart Home service as a research object to examine the current status of IoT Smart Home service, and used a rigorous theoretical foundation to develop the evaluation indicators of IoT Smart Home Service. This study adopted DeLone & McLean(2003) Information Systems Success Model for scale development, through a literature re view related to IoT Smart Home service, according to its definition, collate and analyze the structure and properties. Then, modified these indicators by the Perceived Value Theory and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology Theory. And, add user requirement indicators by Quality Function Deployment method and the questionnaire steps by Modified Delphi Method. Final, after taking the corrections and streamlining from the experts, this study proposed 4 dimensions as "Information Quality", "System Quality", "Service Quality", "Perceived Value", total 34 evaluation indicators of IoT Smart Home service . The results may provide the users( ex. Construction industry, consumers) to select IoT Smart Home service and the strategies improvement of IoT service for IoT service providers. |
