Abstract: | 3D Monte-Carlo simulation of biomolecules' fluid dynamics in a specially designed biosensor comprising plurality of nanowires is presented. It is found that an AC external field can substantially improve the performance of the biosensor; e.g., the capture efficiency by 4.5-times and the detection speed by 24.8-times. |
