dc.description.abstract在教育領域中教學反思,教育者可從教學情境中發現問題的脈絡、改進教學策略,本研究以桌球教練教學反思,來探究中老年學員在桌球班的學習成效。以觀察、錄影、訪談、研究者日誌,紀錄15名中老年人在參與桌球課程情形,經由資料分析與反思還原現場真實現象。透過深描詮釋四個層次,歸納出桌球學習歷程、教學相長樂趣、技能學習迷失、豐富生命經驗。在中老年學習桌球運動過程發現(1)桌球學習歷程:技術週期的學習過程以及互動週期的互動關係;(2)教學相長樂趣:學員的樂趣在於人際互動、技術的追求及展現,達到自我實現;教練的樂趣在於教學的成就感以及教學經歷的價值;(3)技能學習迷失:發現常犯的技術錯誤及可能的解決方案;(4)豐富生命經驗:透過思維的反思可以為混沌不明的事物,提供一個可彰顯其意涵的脈絡,使之變得清晰可辨,讓我找到重新認識自身的途徑。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractPurpose: In the field of education, reflections are important to the educators. The educators can disentangle the sequence of the problems from the teaching scenarios, therefore improve the teaching strategy. This research is reflecting from the table tennis coaches' teaching scenarios. To explore the learning effectiveness of middle-aged and elderly students in the table tennis class. Method: Through observations, video records, interviews and researcher's logs to record the condition of 15 middle-aged and elderly people in the table tennis class, then analyze data and reflections to recover the original scenario. Results: Use thick description to separate results into 4 levels, learning process, He who teaches, learns, going in circles and widening experience . Conclusion: First, learning process, the learning process of technical cycle and interaction of interactive cycle. Second, he who teaches, learns , the pleasure of students is from interpersonal interaction, pursuit and demonstration of technique; the pleasure of coaches is from sense of accomplishment and the value of teaching experience. Third, going in circles, find out common mistakes and possible solution. Last, widening experience, reflections on thinking could provide a content to light up the implications of the chaos of unknown things, make them becoming visible. Also, make a way to re-recognize ourselves.en_US
