dc.description.abstract據2023 年教育部統計, 當歐美陸韓等世界各國的科學、科技、工程、數學( Science,Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics,簡稱 STEM )領域人才都增加的情況下,台灣卻在這十年中減少近八萬的學生。審計部表示,這樣的現象將形成無法滿足未來產業發展需求之風險,嚴重影響台灣相關產業的研發與競爭力。報導一出如同警鐘敲響產學各界,其源由除了連年少子化衝擊外,產業中的性別失衡也有極大的佔比。zh_TW
