dc.description.abstract随着时代的进步与资讯技术的发达,越来越多的企业大量的采用资讯系统来辅助其日常的运作,从个人电脑里的应用程式到庞大企业体内的ERP,不论是资料的处理或是生产设备的控制都需要资讯系统的帮助。在知识经济的时代选择合适的资讯系统收集资讯,找出有利用价值的资讯,并且有效的使用人工智慧技术于资讯系统中,以利于决策分析并增加企业的竞争力是值得深入探讨的问题。
资讯系统帮助企业日常运作,而智慧型资讯系统使用人工智慧技术来增进资讯系统运作效能并有效提升企业机能。本论文以本体论的技术用于使用者需求分析,定义本体论中的类别、属性及实例,依此本体论来设计智慧型资讯系统之架构。并依使用者需求建立一个符合企业需求之资料仓储系统,以整合企业内部异质资料的来源,提供使用者一个Web-based的使用介面。此资料仓储系统将查询及报表标准化,提供整合性的报表,并可作为资料探勘的资料。另使用资料探勘技术于制造流程中,利用资料探勘技术对制造资料进行演算与推论,可以得知制造资料变数之间的关系。
本研究结果提出一个智慧型资讯系统的架构,其使用本体论技术让使用者需求分析更能明确的表达,系统功能更符合使用者的实际需求,在系统需要升级及使用者需求改变时,系统的更新更容易且迅速。运用资料仓储系统能有效降低产品分析周期,提供完整的产品分析资料,使得产品的分析资讯精确且迅速的完成,可作为主管做决策分析的辅助资讯。并使用资料探勘技术在制造流程中,结合生产资料分析与参数设定,可提升产品良率及缩短制造周期,有效的改善生产效能增加企业竞争力。

dc.description.abstractIn modern society, more and more enterprises use information systems, from applications in personal computers to Enterprise Resource Planning in whole enterprises to aid their daily operations; whether the task is data processing or manufacture equipment controlling, it needs the assistance of information system. In the knowledge economy era, using suitable information systems to collect data and discover valuable information and integrate artificial intelligence with information systems for decision supports is an important issue worthy of being discussed deeply.
Information aid daily operations of enterprises; intelligent information system uses artificial intelligence to enhance system performance and improve the advantage of enterprise competition. In this research, we use ontology for user requirements analysis; define the class, slot and instance of the ontology; design the system architecture depending on the ontology. We build a data warehouse system according to enterprises’ requirements which are integrated with different data sources in the enterprise and support a web-based interface. It would also support the standard queries and reports, summary tables, and data set of data mining. We apply data mining technology to manufacturing process. It allows us to make predictions in the presence of relationships among a set of variables in manufacturing process.
In this research, we propose an intelligent information system architecture, which uses an ontology-based user requirements method to express user requirements clearly and definitely. That would make functions of information system closer to real need. The data warehouse system would reduce the cycle time and support the complete analysis information of production. It makes analysis of production to process quickly and correctly. Moreover, the analysis information would help managers to make decisions. We use data mining technology to improve the efficiency of manufacturing processes, in which combine the data mining result of history data and manufacturing parameters setting. It can improve the yield rate of the manufacturing to improve the advantages of enterprise competition.
