dc.description.abstract摘要 本研究目的主要在探討不同成份組成之活性助銲劑添加對SAE1020銲道形態及銲接變形之影響行為與作用機制。實驗材料選用SAE1020,活性助銲劑選用氧化物、碳酸鹽基、硫化物及氟化物,銲接方法採用不加填料金屬的氬氣保護鎢極電弧銲來進行Bead-on-plate實驗。實驗方法包括角變形量測、銲道形狀量測、金相組織觀察及微硬度量測此外瞬間電弧影像也將紀錄下來,以觀察助銲劑對電弧形態的影響。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The effect of adding activating fluxes on the morphology, distortion in SAE 1020 steel weldment were investigated. In the bead-on-plate experiment, the trial pieces were SAE1020 steel, the activating fluxes were oxide, Carbonate, Sulfide and fluoride, and the welding method was argon shielding gas tungsten arc welding without filler metal. The experimental method includes angular distortion, depth/width ratio, metallographic and Vickers hardness. In addition, a CCD camera was used to record the real time shape of plasma arc during welding and examining the relationship about fluxes and plasma arc.en_US
