企業內技術移轉管理研究--應用品質機能展開

Abstract

本研究以擁有研發與製造單位之企業為範圍，討論其企業內部技術移轉之 管理。並以研發單位到製造單位的技術移轉為主要探討目標，利用品質機 能展開的觀念，建構一管理策略形成的方法。本研究係以系統之觀點，解 析一技術移轉之過程，區分系統輸入、輸出及權變因子與系統目標。以品 質之觀點確認此一系統之顧客、顧客需求及可能滿足顧客需求的品質要素 。並利用品質機能展開矩陣，找出重要之管理策略。繼而輔以成本評估後 ，找出最佳且經濟之管理策略組合。此一管理策略則應定期檢討，隨著外 部環境與顧客需求的改變不斷調整，以保持其有效性。 This research studies the intra firmtechnoogy transfer of the corporation with R&D and Manufacturing departments,taking advantage of the concept of Quality Function Deployment.
