dc.description.abstract本論文以發展使用鎳電極之Z5U陶瓷電容器的製程為主要目標,製程變數 包括:煆燒時間、成型壓力、配方選擇(錳添加量,A/B ratio,鈣、鋯取 代量,二氧化矽之添加,退火程序)等。經過製程的最佳化得到具備有所 需電學與物理特性的片狀電容器,其測量之特性如下:介電常數>8000, 密度5.85g/立方公分,介電損失1.27%,居里溫度18.degree.C,晶粒大 小2-3.mu.m,耐壓特性>500hrs,85.degree.C之電容變化量為-48.5%,絕 緣阻率1.2 OMEGA.-cm。zh_TW
