dc.description.abstract在本論文中,我們利用現有的晶片建立了一套64-QAM中頻傳輸系統﹐經過 cable modem實驗網路測試﹐證實其可以穩定地工作。同時﹐為了將43.75 MHz中頻QAM訊號載到450-750MHz這個頻段﹐我們也針對64-QAM傳輸系統設 計了一個可調頻率的低相位雜訊射頻升頻器。依據實際錯碼率測試結果顯 示﹐在錯碼率為1e-6時﹐我們製作的64-QAM中頻調變/解調器及射頻升頻 器之效能﹐僅與理論值相差3dB。 In this thesis, we implement a 64-QAM IF transceiver based on commercial chips, which work well in a cable modem system experiment. In addition, we design a low phase noise RF upconverter to upconvert the 43.75MHz IF 64-QAM signal to 450-750MHz band. The BER (Bit Error Rate) test results show that the 64-QAM transmission system using our RF upconverter encountered only 3dB power penalty at BER=1e-6 when comparing to the theoretical limit.zh_TW
