dc.description.abstract个人化服务是目前网际网路上电子商务发展的利器之一。本研究搜集相关资料后发现个人化服务是网际网路上各类型网站发展的方向,因此本研究以国内入口网站做为研究个人化服务品质为对象。
本研究收集了入口网站的相关学术论文及入口网站业者所使用和宣传的个人化服务项目后,根据资讯服务的使用者满意度、服务品质研究的相关学术论文以及PZB所提出的服务品质评估模型与国内入口网站业者讨论,汇集整理出入口网站个人化服务重要的服务功能项目,做为本研究评估评估入口网站个人化服务服务品质的工具。再探讨相关影响资讯服务品质相关研究,整理出十二个构面四十三个项目作为探讨入口网站个人化服务的因素构面,并设计出服务品质评估模式之问卷,以实证分析来萃取出适合入口网站个人化服务的服务品质构面。藉本研究所萃取出之构面作为入口网站业者提供个人化服务时的指导原则。
本研究的研究结果建构出入口网站个人化服务的服务品质评估模型,能让入口网站业者用以评估入口网站个人化服务的服务品质,并经实证分析探讨后,建构了入口网站应提的服务功能指导原则,并针对入口网站个人化服务的使用者进行调查,获得受访者对于目前国内入口网站业者服务品质的体验。

dc.description.abstractTraditional service delivery systems and business transactions are usually processed in a person-to-person manner. The rise and development of internet provide another way of delivering service. In internet service, the level of personal contact is much less than that of physical markets. To improve the personalized service quality of portal site and customer satisfaction, it is important to understand users’ needs and how they perceive the quality of service on their portal site.
In this study we use PZB model to evaluate the personalized service quality of portal site in Taiwan. A questionnaires survey was used to investigate different users’ need, and famous portal site in Taiwan was chosen as samples for data collection purpose.
In addition, factor analysis was employed for analyzing the data collected. Based on the results of factor analysis, we extract seven dimensions from the twenty original ones to evaluate the personalized service quality of portal site in Taiwna.
