| Abstract: | 一種自我校正之低功率高速類比數位轉換器,利用三態反相器改變長寬比(aspect ratio)可以微調臨界電壓(Vth)的特性,當作比較器,其開關可經由適當的控制,選擇最適當的臨界電壓當比較器,而且減少不必要的功率消耗。由三態反相器所組成的多工器,將比較器輸出的訊號放大,並將不必要的通道關閉,減少功率消耗。 |
