摘要: | 本论文研究在于利用 LabVIEW 进行系统化整合。系统整合包 含 Micro Computed Tomography(micro-CT) 及 Fluorescence Tomography(FT) 影像造影包含仪器控制及使用者控制介面的设计。 硬体元件透过 LabVIEW 进行系统整合,包含有主转盘, X 光管, 侦测 器, 雷射, 滤波器 及EMCCD 等多种元件皆是由LabVIEW进行控制。 Micro-CT从主转盘马达控制到X光管, 侦测器撷取影像的时序控制, 这些都依照造影流程进行设计及动作。FT 整合了 2 家不同厂牌的雷 射模组,搭配主转盘马达控制及可程式控制的雷射模组与滤波器及 EMCCD 成为 FT 影像拍摄模组。影像撷取模组与马达控制模组透过 重新设计过的自动化流程,以往手动进行拍摄的 micro-CT 及 FT 影像, 进行一次造影流程,需花费大量的时间。Micro-CT 手动拍摄 360 张影像需耗时 45-60 分钟,FT 拍摄 16 张影像则需使用 60 分钟,在流 程自动化的协助下,Micro-CT 的拍摄 360 张影像将可以缩减至 8.5 分钟之内,FT 影像系统整合后,将只需要 15 分钟的时间。透过此数 据可以明确的看到,在系统的协助下,将可以有效的增加影像撷取的 效率。 The thesis is that system integration by LabVIEW. System integration includes micro-CT and FT image acquisition, hardware control and graphic user-interface design. Hardware components integrated contains the main structure, X-ray tube, detector, laser cube, filter and EMCCD, etc. LabVIEW controls all of the components, from main turntable motor control to X-ray, detector image capture timing process which designed accordance with timing program operates. Prof Chen’s research team designs FT with two brands of laser, filter and EMCCD, which become imaging capture module through the control system, FT imaging capture system work with turntable control module too. Imaging module and motor control module through the redesigned automated process, will be able to significantly shorten the time of image capture. Increase efficiency of image capture. |
