摘要: | 以绕射理论为基础所发展出来的绕射元件,较传统光学元件具有体积小、重量轻、可复制容易等优点,可设计出许多不同功能的光学元件致使其目前如此受重视。 本论文研究以绕射理论为基础,我们以最佳化演算法进行纯相位光学绕射元件的设计,并利用绕射光学元件本身的特殊色散效果来设计滤波绕射元件,其达到窄波段滤波与聚焦的功能。模拟四个波长的光波(1533nm、1541nm、1549nm、1557nm)平行入射滤波绕射元件后,将其中一光波聚在轴上其他光波则色散到聚焦区之外,以便我们取用此光波。 The diffractive optical elements (DOEs) based on diffraction theory have the advantages of small size, light weight, flexibility and ease of duplication, which are hardly provided by traditional optical elements. In this thesis, we use the iterative algorithm to optimize the design of phase-only diffractive optical elements (DOEs), which have both narrow-band filtering and focusing functions. As a plane wave which consists of four wavelengths (1533nm, 1541nm, 1549nm, and 1557nm) is incident upon the DOE, only the wave corresponding to the given wavelength is focused on a small circular area centered at axis and the other waves are dispersed outside this area. |
